Programming standards such as MISRA or AUTOSAR C++14 rules are well established and have to be followed in today’s software development workflows. Difficulties with following the rules arise as modern software development reuses source code components from various sources outside the scope of the respective projects. Another challenge in low level, hardware dependent sources are the technical specialities of the respective compilers, target hardware, operating systems etc

- How can I deal with third party code or libraries?
- How can I handle (intentional) violations of programming rules?
